How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event date.

How can I book?Booking with us is easy! Simply head to our Contact Us page and fill out your event details. We'll send you a custom quote, and once you're ready to move forward, we’ll schedule an intro call to plan the perfect bar experience for your event.

How much alcohol will I need for my event?Once we know the guest count, duration, and drink preferences, we’ll help you estimate how much alcohol to purchase—or we can even shop for you as part of our Liquid Catering service.

What areas do you serve?We proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. If your event is outside of this area, contact us to discuss travel availability.

How many bartenders will I need?This depends on your guest count and service style. As a general guide: 1 bartender per 50–75 guests for basic service Additional staff may be recommended for events with high volume, signature cocktails, or table service We’ll help determine the ideal number of staff during your booking process.

Do you charge a delivery or travel fee?Delivery and travel fees may apply depending on your event location. We'll include any applicable fees in your custom quote so there are no surprises.
